Along with major landscaping works to stabilise the ground around each of three heritage houses in Homebush, large scale cracking was repaired using Helifix bars installed to strengthen the walls. Bricks had to be removed, matched and replaced, and articulated joints installed in a number of areas, most notably to an arch.
