Close to Homebush, we have also just completed a smaller repair project, although for our valued clients there really is never a project too small. Initial work involved suitably preparing the damaged steps to this very steep pedestrian bridge over the Parramatta River. Stainless steel pins were inserted into predrilled holes and epoxied in. Finally, a high strength polymer modified repair mortar was used to reinstate the treads and nosings of the steps on both sides of the bridge.Bridge

Sitting high over The Rocks, the Harbour Bridge and Opera House, this prestigious hotel and apartment building had been subjected to the usual mechanisms of coating deterioration for over ten years. The owners had Bellmont Facade Engineering inspect the building for defects, and provide a specification for repair and protection. Work has been completed on the refurbishment of three Heritage houses situated in Homebush. The houses are part of the SOPA asset base and have been unoccupied due to large scale cracking to both internal and external walls. Along with major landscaping works to stabilise the ground around each house, the cracking was repaired using Helifix bars installed to strengthen the walls. In addition bricks had to be removed, matched and replaced and articulated joints were installed in a number of areas most notably to an arch in Building 123.Heritage houses
